BREA -- Freshman #Natasha Coe# earned the top Broncos spot for the women's cross country team as it competed at the Cal State Fullerton Invite at Carbon Canyon Park on Saturday.

Coe finished 67th as she covered the 6-kilometer trek in 24 minutes and 52.3 seconds. Other Broncos  who competed were: 73) #Sarah Gulli#, 24:58.3; 98) #Lauren Parr#, 25:43.9; 117) #Cynthia Acedo#, 26:08.2; and 129) Johanna Murray, 26:33.7.

The men's team competed with an incomplete team as well as the 2010 season has been extended by three weeks. CPP's women finished 17th.

Junior #Clark Selters# finished 55th in 27:52.3 over the 8-k course. #Jose Lara# was 134th (29:34.3) and #Aaron Armas# was 142nd (29:52.3).

The Broncos next compete at UC Riverside on Sept. 18.
