At Mt. SAC: Ran two years at the nearby junior college... Ran 21:08 over four miles in 2009... Ran 1:59 in the 800 during track season in 2010.
At Diamond Ranch HS: Ran cross country and track all four years... Played soccer for three seasons... Reached CIF in the 800 and the 3200 in 2007 and 2008... Ran 1:59 in the 800.
Personal: Son of Hector Armas... Kinesiology major... Younger sister Brittany competes in cross country at Mt. SAC.
