CPP's largest lead of the first half came at the 3:42 mark when a Judge jumper pushed the score to 42-26 in the visitors' favor. Judge found her shooting rhythm early and often as she went 5-for-8 from the field through the opening 20 minutes.

That rally didn't last long for Dominguez though as a pair of Judge free throws and two Bryant three-pointers pushed the Broncos' edge quickly back into double digits. Led by a 3-for-6 effort from Bryant, CPP finished 7-for-13 from beyond the arc.
The Broncos ended up closing out the victory with an 11-point margin. Toros' freshman guard Breanne Garcia, a Highland native, provided plenty of highlights for the host squad as she collected a career-high 19 points. She also added six rebounds and four steals.
