Hagan and Hall Named to CCAA All-Academic List

SAN RAMON, Calif. - Erin Hagan and Marshanique Hall, both student-athletes for Cal Poly Pomona's women's basketball team, were named to the 2015-16 Winter Sports California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) All-Academic Award Winners list. The list was announced on Thursday by CCAA officials.
 
In order to qualify for the award, the student-athlete must be at least in sophomore standing, maintain a 3.3 cumulative GPA and must have competed for their respective sport during the season.
 
Hagan, who is majoring in sociology at CPP, competed in all 28 games for the Green and Gold last season. The junior guard averaged 6.1 points per game, one steal per game and played an average of 26.7 minutes over the course of the season. She tallied a career-best 19 points against Montana State Billings on Nov. 20. In the contest, Hagan went 6-for-10 from the field and 6-7 from the free-throw line. 
 
Hall, an accounting student, completed her first season as a Bronco averaging 7.8 points per game. Her 36.4 shooting percentage from three-point range was the highest mark on the team. She scored a career-high 23 points on Dec. 19, sinking 8-of-13 from the field including 3-of-5 from behind the arc.
