Biography

2009: Competed at the NCAA Championships for the second straight season… Ran season-best 55.56 in the qualifying round in the 400 meters in San Angelo, Texas, but did not advance to finals… Earned All-CCAA honors by placing second in the 400 in 56.56… Also placed fifth in the 200 at the CCAA championships (25.33)… Ran third leg on season-best 4 x 400 relay (3:54.84).
2008: Standout sophomore campaign… One of four Broncos to have qualified for the NCAA Division II Track and Field Championships held at Mt. SAC and hosted by Cal Poly Pomona… Ran the 400 preliminaries in 55.82… Qualified for the NCAA meet with a 55.49 runner-up finish at CCAAs and ranks fifth on the CPP all-time charts… Finished fifth in the 200 with season-best 25.15.
2007: Competed as a freshman for the Broncos… Best times included: 200 (26.75), 400 (58.46) and 800 (2:42.14).
At Diamond Ranch HS: Earned the Outstanding Sprinter award at DRSH… Received academic honors… Best prep times: 200 (25.0) and 400 (58.6)…
Personal: Daughter of Konrad and Yetunde Adeniji… Biology major… Enjoys watching TV, listening to music, singing, dancing, playing games and shopping.
