2008: Appeared in 14 games (all starts)… Sustained season-ending injury in final game of the season (vs. UC San Diego)…Went 4-7-2 on the season in 1,116 minutes played… Recorded two shuouts – 1-0 win over Point Loma Nazarene, 1-0 over Cal State L.A.… Did not allow a goal in 110 minutes in 0-0 tie at Chico State.
2007: Appeared in five games with four starts… Played 423 minutes and earned a 2-1-1 record… Played one half of the 5-0 win at Grand Canyon (8/30)… Record career-high 12 saves in 1-1 tie against CS San Marcos… Victories came against Cal State San Bernardino and Biola… Allowed no more than one goal in any game.
2006: Appeared in seven games with six starts… Earned start in season opener, a 3-1 victory over CS San Marcos (Aug. 25)… Made four saves in 1-1 2OT draw vs. CS Bakersfield (Sept. 15)… Made four saves in 4-1 victory over CS Monterey Bay (Sept. 22)… In back-up role vs. Humboldt State (Oct.13), had seven saves without a goal in 2-0 win.
At Ayala HS: Earned All-America honors, first-team All-Sierra League honors and was the Defensive Player of the Year.
Personal: Daughter of Daniel Gutierrez and Terri Johnson… Psychology major… Spent summer of 2007 working at Angel Stadium… Enjoys wakeboarding and going to the beach.
