Biography
In 2016 Cross Country: Set season bests in the 1,500- and 5,000-meter distances, going 3:59.90 at the Steve Scott Invitational and 14:34.70 at the Occidental Distance Carnival... Earned a spot on the CCAA All-Academic Team for maintaining a grade point average above 3.40 through the 2015-16 academic year.
In 2015 Cross Country: At the Stanford Invitational, landed a PR for the season at 24:39 for the 8,000-meter distance and a 30:55 at the NCAA Division II West Region Championships for 10,000-meter distance... Helped guide the Broncos to a ninth-place finish at the NCAA D-II National Championships.
In 2014 Cross Country: Competed in the 8,000 meter run... Finished eighth in the CSUSB Coyote Classic with a time of 25:54.5... Finished ninth in the Dual at the Rose Bowl with a time of 25:35.0.
High School: A 2014 graduate of Elsinore High School... Served as the captain of both the cross country and track teams... Named Athlete of the Year for track during his senior season... Guided both squads to league titles and earned All-Conference honors as a senior... Earned Scholar Athlete recognition through 2013 and 2014.
