Biography

2008: Appeared in 13 games with six starts… An excellent student who was just one of two CPP athletes to have earned CoSIDA/ESPN the Magazine All-Academic District 8 honors, joining women’s basketball’s Reyana Colson… Scored first goal in her career in the 7-2 season-opening victory over Grand Canyon…Earned an assist at Cal State San Bernardino and in the 3-0 victory over Cal State Monterey Bay… A CCAA All-Academic award winner.
2007: Appeared in 17 games with 17 starts… Joined teammates Jennifer Lu and Kylie Duszynski as only Broncos to start in each game… Scored an assist with 14 shots with seven SOG… Assist set-up Justine Barclay’s goal in Broncos’ 1-0 victory over Humboldt State (9/30).
2006: Appeared in 18 games with 14 starts… Fifth on team in shots (15), but did not enter the scoring column… Earned CCAA All-Academic Award for the 2006-07 academic year.
2005: Medical redshirt.
At Redlands East Valley HS: Scholar-athlete all four years and an Honor Roll member all four years… Team’s Most Valuable Offensive Player as a senior and Most Improved Player as a sophomore… Competed in golf and swimming.
Personal: Daughter of Paul and Sandra Meichsner… Psychology major… Enjoys shopping, randomly quoting movies and surfing… Says scoring the game-winning goal in a second-round CIF game on a rain-soaked field is her most exciting experience in sports.
