As a Junior in 2012: Finished with the team's top 2012 times in the 100-, 200- and 400-meter events... At the Rossi Relays in late February, she was part of the distance medley group that set a new program record after crossing the line in 11:58.78 to finish second in the event... In that distance medly, she ran the 400-meter portion in 57.4... Her 200-meter mark of 24.84, posted on the second day of the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) Championships at Cal State L.A., ranks eighth all-time in the Bronco record books... Also a member of the 4x400 relay performance at the Cal Nevada Invite, where the Broncos raced to a 3:50.22 mark that ranks fourth all-time in the program record books.
As a Sophomore in 2011: Once again proved to be one of the top Bronco sprinters, owning the team's top marks in the 100-meter event for the second-straight season... Ran a 13.09 in the 100-meter at UC San Diego on April 23 and a 25.61 in the 200-meter at UC Irvine on May 1... Also a member of the 4x100 relay team that posted a 47.95 mark at Mt. SAC Relays, narrowly missing a "B" provisional standard.
As a Freshman in 2010: Recorded CPP's top 100- and 200-meter times on the season, with respective marks of 12.71 and 25.17... The first she attained on Feb. 27 at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps and the second mark she earned on April 24 at the Cal State L.A. Last Chance Meet.
High School: A 2009 graduate of Poway High School... Reached the state track meet in each of her four years -- FR: 4 x 100; SO: 4 x 100; JR: 4 x 100, 5th place, 4 x 400, 11th place; SR: 4 100 and 400 m... Owns personal-bests in the following: 12.3 (100), 25.4 (200), 57.7 (400), 4 x 100 relay (46.06) and 4 x 400 relay (3:55:06)... Earned two letters in basketball.
Personal: Daughter of Jeff Gamble and Arlene Engle... Food Marketing and Agribusiness major... Has five siblings named Kourtney, Carly, Jeffery, Danny and Samantha... Oldest sister, Kourtney, played lacrosse at UC Davis... Enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, camping, hiking, going to the beach, country music concerts and hanging out with friends and family in her free time... Favorite pro athletes are Tyson Gay, Alison Felix and Antonio Gates... Favorite pro teams are the San Diego Chargers, San Diego Padres, Detroit Tigers, Detroit Red Wings and the Los Angeles Clippers... Aspires to make the Nike Pro track and field team and then compete at the 2016 Olympics... She also aspires to work for USDA and then become a horse chiropractor.
