Cal Poly Pomona features a storied history of athletics success that includes legendary coaches, Olympic stars and championship performers. As part of Homecoming weekend, the Broncos host the "Evening of Champions" to recognize and induct a new class of Hall of Fame members every other year.
A display of all 61 current members of the Hall of Fame is located in the Main Lobby of the Kellogg Arena. The display was dedicated in February of 2014 when the Broncos recognized inducted a new five-person class which included Tabreshia C. Lawrence-McIntyre (track and field), Karen Miller (administrator), Ruth Van't Land-Parkes (women's soccer), Jim Sackett (track and field) and Lisa Ulmer (women's basketball).
"The newest Hall of Fame members embody the longstanding success and rich tradition of Bronco Athletics," commented Director of Athletics Brian Swanson. We are delighted that such a distinguished class has been inducted into the Cal Poly Pomona Intercollegiate Athletics Hall of Fame."
