As a Junior in 2011: Selected to the All-West Region Tournament Team after hitting a spectacular .462 and getting on base at a .632 clip that week to help the Broncos reach the championship game... Also received a spot on the All-CCAA Tournament Team for his work at the plate in Stockton, going 4-for-14 with two doubles and a homerun... Finished the season with a .241 batting average and an on-base percentage of .370... His versatility also gave him some time on the mound as he picked up three saves, which ranked second on the team... Totaled 10 strikeouts in 10.2 innings pitched while going 2-0 as a pitcher.

At Fullerton College: Saw plenty of action for the Hornets as he served as an infielder and pitcher... In 2010, totaled 85 at-bats with a .282 batting average while earning 21 starts and 25 appearances... Also compiled 48 innings while striking out 33 batters.

High School: A 2008 graduate of Katella High School... Earned All-League First Team honors as an infielder during 2008, after posting a .426 batting average.

Personal: Born March 19, 1990... Son of Antonio and Eva Rodarte... Sociology major and Criminology minor... Enjoys listening to music and hanging out with friends and family in his free time... Favorite pro teams are the Los Angels Lakers, the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and the Pittsburgh Steelers... Favorite athlete is Robinson Cano... Aspires to a career in law enforcement.
