As a Junior in 2013: Received All-CCAA Second Team honors after putting together a stellar junior season... In the year's first conference series, he went 8-for-15 against local rival Cal State San Bernardino... Through the year, he finished second among Bronco regulars in batting average with a .343 mark... He tied for the team lead in doubles with 11 and through the heart of the CCAA regular season in March, he put together a 13-game hitting streak.

At College of San Mateo: Collected 32 hits for the Bulldogs in his 2012 campaign... In 2011, he earned All-Coast-Golden Gate Conference Second Team honors.

High School: A 2010 graduate of De La Salle High School... Two-sport athlete for the Spartans of De La Salle, where he achieved All-East Bay First Team honors in both baseball and football.

Personal: Born Jan. 9, 1992… Son of Richard and Leiola Walter… His brother Donald played for the Broncos' baseball team during the 2012 and 2013 seasons… Kinesiology major… Favorite sports teams are the San Francisco Giants, San Francisco 49ers, Golden State Warriors and the San Jose Sharks… Favorite professional athlete is Buster Posey… Enjoys going to the gym and hanging out with friends in his free time… Aspires to own a gym.
