At Citrus College: Proved to be a consistent contributor on the baseball field for Citrus College during the 2010 and 2011 seasons... After batting .321, scoring 42 runs and stealing a region-best 29 bases through the campaign, he earned All-Western State Conference Second Team honors... Played shortstop and batted leadoff for Citrus... During the 2010 season, he showed a little more power but a little less speed as he totaled a slugging percentage of .435 with eight stolen bases while batting .331.

High School: A 2005 graduate of El Dorado High School... Received honors' recognition for his work in the classroom.

Personal: Born July 21, 1987... Son of Charles Ball Sr. and April Crawford... Has six siblings named Christopher, Arthur, Shatikia, Nicole, Monice and Nina... Brother Christopher played football collegiately at Cal... Biology major and Sociology minor... Favorite pro athlete is Ken Griffey Jr... Favorite pro team is the Seattle Mariners.
