At Cal Poly SLO: Helped the Mustangs capture a school-record 40 wins in 2013 as the program finished second in the Big West and reached the NCAA postseason... As a junior in 2013, he batted .271 and collected 11 stolen bases... Earned All-Big West Second Team honors as a sophomore in 2012, when he was one of five Mustangs to play all 56 games… During that sophomore campaign, he went 14-for-23 with 15 RBI and eight runs scored in final seven games of season en route to back-to-back Big West Player of the Week honors… In 2011, he started 17 games as a true freshman.

High School: A 2010 graduate of Notre Dame High School, where he was a pitcher for four seasons under head coach Tom Dill... Earned All-Mission League First Team honors as a senior... Hit .356 with six home runs and five stolen bases... Struck out 17 batters in 15 2/3 innings... As a junior, posted a 2-0 record with three saves and a 1.62 ERA, leading Notre Dame to 23-6 mark and CIF-Southern Section divisional championship... Named Notre Dame's freshman and sophomore athlete of the year.
