2009: Played well in early part of season... Finished 3-2 with a 6.70 ERA... Named CCAA Pitcher of the Week (Feb. 16-22)... Tossed a three-hitter against top-ranked Cal State Stanislaus... Gave up three hits, and allowed one run, walked three and struck out 11 to lead the Broncos to their lone win of the four-game series... Earned 7-4 victory over Cal State Dominguez Hills (2/25), striking out four, scattering eight hits without a walk in eight innings... Earned victory over Grand Canyon, going three innings with two strikeouts.
At Petaluma HS: Three-sport letter winner (football, baseball and basketball)... Baseball team his senior season went school-best 24-1... Named school's athlete of the year as a senior.
Personal: Son of Mike and Joni Krist... Mom has helped out CPP's SID office with her photography skills... Brother Chadd plays baseball at Cal... Family includes sister Chelsea and their prized dogs -- Sumo and Cooper.
