As a Sophomore in 2017: Started in 42 games and appeared in 45... Posted a .320 battering average while collecting 54 hits... Second on the team with five homeruns and collected 11 doubles... Drove in 34 runs... Earned Second-Team All CCAA honors. 

As a Freshman in 2016: Started in 57 of the 59 games he played for the Green and Gold… Completed a .299 batting average, with 61 hits in 204 at bats… Collected 35 RBI’s and 98 total bases…Scored 42 times for the Broncos…Finished with a .413 on base percentage and a .480 slugging percentage… Connected on six home runs and 12 doubles…Converted on 387 putouts in the infield and had just five errors’ on a .988 fielding percentage.  

High School: A 2015 graduate of Charter Oak High School... Named to both the All-Sierra and All-Hacienda League teams... Won the 2012 Junior Olympic Home Run Derby contest... Batted .350 over four seasons while accumulating 20 home runs in the process... Awarded All-Academic Honors.

Personal: Son of Jeff and Debbie Hernandez... Born 06/09/1997... Has one sibling named Michael... Father Jeff and Uncle Dante golfed professionally... Uncle Duane played professional football with the Rams... In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as working out and hitting batting practice... Favorite team is the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and his favorite athlete is Garret Anderson... Majoring in sociology and aspires to play professional baseball.
