First career start came on April 17 at Azusa Pacific when he went 1-for-3 at the plate with a stolen base.

High School: A 2011 graduate of Glendora High School... Two-time Sierra League academic honoree... Received All-Sierra League Honorable Mention accolades... Two-time scholar athlete for his work in the classroom... Helped the baseball team capture a CIF championship as a junior.

Personal: Born Nov. 25, 1992... Son of Gary and Shannon Wagner... Mother is a Cal Poly Pomona graduate... Has two younger siblings named Grayson and Karlee... Communication major... Favorite pro athlete is David Eckstein and favorite pro teams are the Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Lakers and the San Diego Chargers...
