As a Freshman in 2014:  Played in one game for the Broncos... Received his first run batted in of his career after drawing a walk with the bases loaded.

High School: A 2013 graduate of Servite High School... Received All-Trinity League Second Team honors in 2012... Batted .388 as a senior with four homers and 19 runs batted in... Earned Scholar Athlete honors and named to the Principal's Honor Roll after excelling in the classroom... Also received the team's Coaches Award... Played on the Texas Rangers' scout team.

Personal: Born Dec. 15, 1994... Son of Sheila and Kevin O'Cooney... Biology major... Relatives Dani Miller, Rachel Miller, and Gerry O'Cooney competed at the top levels of sport with Dani playing softball at Notre Dame, Rachel playing softball at UC Davis and Gerry being a heavyweight boxer, godfather Donnie played baseball for the Iasparro Twins and the New York Mets... Enjoys the beach, going to the gym, practicing archery and hanging out with friends and family in his free time... Favorite pro athlete is Robinson Cano and favorite pro teams are the Texas Rangers and New Orleans Saints... Aspires to continue playing baseball and then become an exotic animals veterinarian.
