Biography


As a Junior in 2011: Appeared in 11 games and earned six starts... Totaled 666 minutes, including the full 90 on three different occasions... Recorded his first career point as a Bronco on Oct. 28 at Cal State San Bernardino, where he tallied an assist on an equalizing score in the 83rd minute... Started the first four games of the season.

At Biola: During his sophomore year spent at Biola, he helped the Eagles to an appearance at the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Elite Eight while starting in 18 of the team's 22 matches... Earned All-Conference honors.

At San Diego City College: During his freshman campaign, he led the team in points with 25 on nine goals and seven assists... The Knights of SDCC posted an overall record of 14-6-3 that year.

High School: A 2006 graduate of Chula Vista High School... Earned selection as the men's soccer squad's Most Valuable Player three different seasons... Received All-Conference honors twice.

Personal: Son of David Gomez and Martha Rocha... Has two older brothers named David and Isaac... Agribusiness and Food Industry Management and Spanish double major... Enjoys reading, watching soccer and making music in his free time... Favorite pro athlete is Anderson Silva... Favorite pro teams are FC Barcelona, Liverpool and Xoloitzcuintles... Aspires to a career in the field of agribusiness or as a Spanish teacher.
