As a Junior in 2010: Finished fourth on the team in goals with three, despite registering just six shots on the season... Appeared in seven games and tallied 222 minutes of action... His three scores came in consecutive matches: the 5-0 win against Dominican on Sept. 4, the 5-3 victory at Sonoma State on Sept. 10 and the 3-2 loss at Humboldt State on Sept. 12.

At Fresno City College: Earned first-team all-conference honors as a freshman in 2005 (14 goals and 3 assists), then spent a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints... Returned to Fresno City in 2009, but sustained a season-ending ACL injury after playing just seven games.

High School: A 2005 graduate of Clovis West, where he was a teammate of former Bronco Tyler Reinhart... Served as team's kicker on football team that snapped Concord De La Salle's long-standing home winning streak in 2004... Was the Valley's 300-intermediate hurdles champion as a senior... Played on the 2005 California State Cup champion for Team Central California Odyssey.

Personal: Son of Mesa and Christine Beta... Seeks to become first male in his family to earn a college degree...Kinesiology major... Served his mission in upstate New York...
