Eric Pearce enters his second season with the Cal Poly Pomona men's soccer program in 2026.

A former student-athlete for the Broncos from 2022-24, Pearce helped the program reach three straight NCAA Tournament appearances while winning the 2024 CCAA regular season title. He began his collegiate career at UCLA in 2019, appearing in two matches for the Division I Bruins before continuing his playing career with the Broncos.

At Cal Poly Pomona, Pearce appeared in 12 matches over three seasons. He helped the Broncos achieve success whenever he was on the field, as the team posted a combined scoring margin of 40-10 in matches he appeared in during his CPP career. His senior season in 2024 included appearances in seven matches, while his junior year featured a career-high 44-minute performance against Stanislaus State.

Beyond his playing career, he distinguished himself as one of the top student-athletes in the department. He earned CCAA All-Academic honors three times (2022-24), was a two-time selection to the CCAA Fall All-Academic Honor Roll, and received the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award. In recognition of his academic accomplishments, he was named the 2024-25 Cal Poly Pomona Athletics Male Senior Scholar Award recipient.
