As a Senior in 2012: Staying clear of injury granted Mitre a larger roll with the team…Started in 12 matches and appeared in all 17 of the Broncos matches…Tallied up a season-high 86 minutes on Oct. 12 against Chico State…Tied for the team-high in assists with four on the season.
As a Junior in 2011: Appeared in one match, totaling 45 minutes in the Broncos' 5-1 win over Humboldt State on Sept. 25... Tallied one shot in that contest... Granted the medical redshirt designation due to injury.

As a Sophomore in 2010: Limited action due to injury but appeared in two games and totaled two shots.

As a Freshman in 2009: Appeared in 12 games with five starts for the Broncos... His five starts were consecutive beginning at home against Cal State East Bay... Broncos were 3-1-1 in those contests... Totaled four shots with one SOG, but did not register a point.

High School: A 2009 graduate of Manual Arts Senior High School, where he was a three-year letter winner… Led team in scoring with 16 goals and dealt nine assists his senior season… Team finished third in CIF… Also lettered in volleyball as a junior where he played setter.

Personal: Son of Jose Mitre and Maria Onofre… Sociology major with Criminology option... In his free time, enjoys anything to do with playing soccer, such as juggling, shooting or doing tricks... Favorite pro athlete is Ronaldinho Gaucho... Favorite pro teams are the Los Angeles Lakers and FC Barcelona... Aspires to continue playing soccer after graduation and potentially become a probation officer.
