Biography


As a Junior in 2011: Appeared in nine games and made eight starts, while sporting a record of 6-2-0... Totaled 739 minutes played, including a season-high 101 at Grand Canyon on Sept. 4... Recorded an assist on Oct. 14 in a 3-0 victory over Cal State Stanislaus as he sent a long pass up the field to Jonathan Enns, who dribbled into the box and scored... Registered a season-high eight saves on two different occasions, once at Grand Canyon in a 2-1 loss and also at San Francisco State in a 1-0 Broncos' win... Maintained a goals against average of 1.58 and posted a save percentage of .740.

At UC Santa Barbara: Started 14 games in 2008, helping the Gauchos advance to the second round of the NCAA Division I postseason... In that freshman campaign, he paced UCSB with 42 saves and a .667 saves percentage... Three-time Big West Player of the Week... Played for 1,325 minutes in the goal and played the entire span of all but one game, including six overtime matches... Faced 21 shots - the most of the year - and tallied four saves in the 2-1 victory at No. 10 Indiana on Sept. 27.

High School: A 2007 graduate of El Toro High School, where he was a four-year letterwinner... Was elected team captain his senior season and went on to have a tremendous year, allowing just four goals in 26 games... Honored as the team's Defensive Player of the Year and was given the Charger of the Year Award for his performance... An All-South Coast League, All-Orange County, and All-CIF selection as a junior and senior... Named Most Inspirational Player following his first three seasons at ETHS... Also played two years of baseball for the Chargers... Competed with the nationally-recognized Irvine Strikers Soccer Club of the Coast Soccer Premier League... Selected as team captain and led the club to the Pateadores Cup Championship in 2005 and then back to the title game in 2006... ISC also won the Pateadores Cup in 2003.
