2022 (SENIOR): CCAA Field Athlete of the Week for week of March 21-27 after winning decathlon at UC Riverside Spring Classic (3/24-25), scoring 6,355 points which ranked fifth in Division II at the time (first in CCAA by almost 500 points), and producing top marks in 100 (11.03), 400 (49.22), 110 hurdles (14.75) and high jump (5'11.25"), and lifetime bests in seven events ... Placed fourth in the decathlon at the CCAA Track and Field Championships, scoring 5,541 points and improved on his personal best in the shot put for a distance of 10.94 meters and in the discuss throw with a distance of 31.40m ... Also improved his personal best in the javelin throw at the CCAA Championships with a distance of 49.08m and a sixth place finish.Â
2021: No season due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2020 (JUNIOR): Competed in pair of meets during shortened season ... Personal record of 5,964 points in placing fifth in decathlon for second straight year at Chico Multi Classic (2/27-28), with personal bests in 100 (11.42), 400 (51.05), 110 hurdles (15.16), discus (86'5"), pole vault (10'8") and 1500 (4:56.52) ... Placed ninth in 110 hurdles (15.38) and 12th in long jump (20'3.75") at opening Rossi Relays (2/22).
2019 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in eight meets, including second CCAA Championships (5/2-4) in La Jolla, where he finished fifth in decathlon (season-best 5,569 points; personal records of 21'0.5" in long jump and 6'0.75" in high jump) and eighth for second straight year in 110 hurdles (season-best 15.46) ... Did one other decathlon, totaling 5,538 points (tops in field in 100 with wind-aided time of 11.30) for fifth at Chico Multi Classic (2/28-3/1) ... Personal-record heave of 33'4.75" in shot put for fourth at Ben Brown Invitational (3/9) in Fullerton ... Anchored CPP's 4x400 B relay at opening Rossi Relays (2/23).
2018 (FRESHMAN): Competed in nine meets, including first CCAA Championships (5/3-5) in Turlock, where he placed sixth as lone Bronco in decathlon (5,209 points; tops in field in 400 meters with season-best time of 51.37), and also made it to final of 110 hurdles and wound up eighth (wind-aided 15.33; wind-aided 15.06 in prelims) ... Competed in two decathlons in first year of collegiate track and field, also scoring 4,651 points at Aztec Invitational (3/22-23) in San Diego ... Made college debut at opening Rossi Relays (2/24), placing 10th in long jump (season-best 20'11.25"; would achieve distance two more times) and 12th in 110 hurdles (16.08) ... Personal-record 135'7" in javelin at Ben Brown Invitational (3/9) in Fullerton ... Season-best 15.46 in 110 hurdles at Triton Invitational (4/14) in La Jolla ... Also ran one 4x400 relay.
