Biography

As a Junior in 2016-17: Started in 22 of her 28 games played... averaged six points per game and 4.2 rebounds... Third highest total in rebounds on the team at 118... Scored a season high 32 points against Humboldt State, going 8-of-11 from three-point.

As a Sophomore in 2015-16: One of the leaders in rebounds as she finished averaging 4.8 rebounds per game… Played in 28 games for the Broncos… Averaged 30.5 minutes per game… Had a season-high 18 points and 4 rebounds versus Chico State on Feb. 19, that game was aired on ESPN 3… Finished in the top 20 in minutes per game in the CCAA conference.

As a Freshman in 2014-15: Played in 28 games for the Broncos... Averaged 10 minutes per contest... Scored a season-high seven points against UC San Diego on Dec. 21... Averaged 1.5 points per game and 1.8 rebounds per game.

High School: A 2014 graduate of Millikan High School... During the 2013-14 girls' basketball season, she earned CIF Division 1AA Player of the Year and Moore League Player of the Year honors... In that senior campaign, she averaged 21.2 points per game while also adding 12.6 rebounds, 3.8 blocks and 2.3 steals... Guided the team to a CIF Division 1AA championship... Also excelled in the classroom, earning Honor Roll selection.

Personal: Daughter of Arron and Judy Benton... Has two siblings, Adrian and Jaylea... Kinesiology major... Favorite pro athlete is Derrick Rose and Stephen Curry... Favorite pro teams are the Golden State Warriors, Chicago Bulls and the Oklahoma City Thunder... Aspires to open up a bakeryor restaurant... Enjoys baking and hanging out with friends and family in her free time.
