Biography
As a Freshman in 2011-12: Played in 16 of the Broncos' 28 games with all of those appearances coming in reserve duty... Ranked seventh on the team in rebounding average, grabbing 1.6 boards per contest... Scored season-high nine points in the Broncos' 69-53 win over Western Oregon on Nov. 19... In that non-conference victory, she went 3-for-7 from the field and 3-for-3 at the free throw line.
High School: A 2011 graduate of Santiago High School... Captain of the basketball team... Became career rebound leader for high school girls' basketball program... Earned selection as a Riverside County All-Star while also gaining Riverside County All-Area Team Honorable Mention honors... Guided her team to the CIF Division IAA championship as a junior while helping the squad go undefeated in the league through all four yeras... Received the Leadership Pin Award... Achieved black belt status in Tae-Kwon-Do... For her work in the classroom, she received Principal's, MVP Academic and All-Academic Team honors.
Personal: Daughter of Joe and Cathy Khuri... Has an older brother named Jamil... Business Administration major with Management and Human Resource option... Enjoys working out, shopping, going to the beach, watching movies and hanging out with family and friends in her free time...
