Cal Poly Pomona Athletics

As a Sophomore in 2012: Appeared in two matches for the Broncos… Awarded the start on Sept. 23 in a 1-1 tie against Cal State San Bernardino and in that match, she played 110 minutes… Recorded five of her seven saves of 2013 in that matchup.

As a Freshman in 2011: Did not compete in any matches during 2011 and received the redshirt designation.

High School: A 2011 graduate of La Jolla High School, where she led the soccer team to three CIF finals while capturing titles in 2011 and 2009... Collected 10 saves against San Jacinto in the CIF semifinals to secure a win and trip to the championship... Received the AP Scholar with Honor Award and was selected as a Voice of San Diego finalist in 2010.

Personal: Daughter of Karl Abbott and Susan Hudson-Abbott... Has a younger sister named Sydney... Kinesiology major with Exercise Science option... Enjoys playing guitar, running and hanging out with friends and family in her free time... Favorite pro athlete is Gianluigi Buffon... Favorite teams are FC Barcelona and the Italian National Soccer Team... Plans on attending medical school after graduating from Cal Poly Pomona.
