Andy Gutierrez joined the Cal Poly Pomona women's soccer coaching staff in 2024.
He was most recently serving as the Goalkeeper Director at Sporting California USA Boys and Girls ECNL-RL from 2022-23. Gutierrez also coached the Mt. SAC men's and women's soccer programs in 2016, followed by a second stint from 2021-present. In both 2016 and 2021, the Mounties men's program captured a State Title.
From 2018-2021, he was the Goalkeeper Coach at Cal State Fullerton. While coaching the Titans, Gutierrez helped make school history, including CSUF's longest winning streak in program history and their goalkeeper becoming the all-time clean sheet record holder in 2019 with 20.
Gutierrez played at Mt.SAC in 2015, helping the team reach the Final Four and being named First Team All-Conference.
