Mike Davis joins the Broncos with college coaching experience at a number of institutions. He was an Assistant Coach at the NAIA St. Ambrose University in Iowa (2011-2013), UW-Green Bay (2013-2014), University of Evansville (2014-2016), Gonzaga University (2016-2017), Eastern Washington University (2017), and Cal State Northridge (2017-2021) before arriving at Cal Poly Pomona. He has been coaching at LA Surf since 2017. Davis holds the US Soccer A License, USC Premier Diploma, and the USC Advanced National Goalkeeper Diploma. He also has a doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the University of La Verne.
