Cal Poly Pomona Athletics

Roy Brown is entering into his second season in 2014 as a program associate for the women’s soccer team.

Prior to joining Cal Poly Pomona, Brown served as an assistant coach for the men’s and women’s soccer teams at Kansas Wesleyan for three years. During his tenure, both the men’s and women’s teams combined for a record of 95-21-7. Along with coaching in the college ranks, Brown has been a head coach for two amateur soccer clubs.

Brown is also committed to serving the community through law enforcement. From 1996 to 2000, he worked for the city of Los Angeles as a police officer and has worked as a Santa Monica Police Homicide Detective for the city of Santa Monica for 13 years.
