As a Junior in 2013: Played in 17 games and made eight starts... Totaled three points on one goal and one assist... Scored her first goal as a Bronco on Oct. 6 against Cal State Stanislaus... Registered the assist on Sept. 15 in a match with Cal State Dominguez Hills.
 
At Evergreen Valley College: Established an outstanding career during her two-year career for the Hawks of EVC… Helped lead her team to the 2012 CCCAA playoffs and a No. 5 ranking in the Northern California region… Selected to the All-Coast Conference First Team, All-West First Team, NSCAA All-American First Team and was recognized as the Coast Conference Player of the Year… Her hard work in the classroom earned her a 3.3 grade point average upon graduation.
 
High School: A 2011 graduate of Gilroy High School… During her career at Gilroy High, she received the Sophomore of the Year award and was recognized as a four-time All-Conference selection… Maintained a 3.0 grade point average throughout her four years at the school.
 
Personal: Daughter of Efrain Garcia and Carmen Arteaga… Philosophy major… Has two younger siblings named Jennifer and Efrain Jr...
