Biography
As a Senior in 2017: Played and started in all 18 games... Pitched seven shutouts and averaged 3.44 saves a game... Recorded season high 6 saves against Cal Baptist Sept. 9 and Cal State Monterrey Bay Sept 24.
As a Junior in 2016: Played and started in all 17 games... Pitched five shutouts and averaged 3.29 saves a game... Recorded season high Eight saves against Humboldt State Sept. 18.
As a Sophomore in 2015: Continued her consecutive game streak, playing in every minute of every match through the 2015 season... Posted four shutouts, including two in the first two games... Made a season-high five saves on two occasions, first against Metro State and then against SF State... Earned a spot on the CCAA All-Academic Team after maintaining a grade point average above 3.40 through the 2015-16 academic year.
As a Freshman in 2014: Was the only member of the Broncos' squad to see time in the goal... Played and started in all 22 of CPP's games... Allowed just 17 goals for a goals against average of 0.76... Made 67 saves... Tied the program record with 13 shutouts, including a record-setting six consecutive shutouts... Was a crucial member of the Broncos' stellar defense and a key player in the 15-6-1 season that ended with a No. 16 finish nationally... Posted a career-high nine saves against No. 5 Cal State LA in the second-round of the NCAA Division II Playoffs, allowing the Broncos to win 1-0 and move on to the third round of the NCAA Playoffs in Golden, Colo.
High School: A 2014 graduate of Chino Hills High School... Four-year varsity starter and as a senior, she received All-League and All-CIF First Team honors... Also named to the league's All-Academic Team and earned the Outstanding Senior award as well... Excelled academically, graduating with honors and maintaining a grade point average of 3.8... Finished as a four-year Scholar Athlete recipient.

Grandfather Fred Yanez played baseball at CPP and was signed by the Minnesota Twins...
