Eric Munsey enters his fourth year as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Cal Poly Pomona in 2026-27.

In his role at CPP, Munsey assists in the development and implementation of comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for Cal Poly Pomona's student-athletes. He works closely with coaches, athletic trainers, and sports medicine staff to enhance athletic performance, reduce injury risk, and support the overall physical development of Bronco student-athletes. His leadership plays a vital role in preparing Broncos to compete at a high level while promoting long-term health, wellness, and success both in competition and in the classroom.

Since joining the Broncos, Munsey has contributed to the success of one national championship team, 12 CCAA championship teams, and the development of numerous All-Americans. During his tenure, four student-athletes have earned NSCA All-America honors for their achievements in the weight room.
