Biography
2015: In the 1,500-meter run, scored 4:53.14 at the Redlands Invitational. At the Ben Brown Invitational, she was able to set a personal best with a 18:14.30 5,000-meter run.
At Pasadena City College: Attended PCC and also graduated from Le Cordon Bleu of Culinary Arts in May 2012.
High School: A 2010 graduate of Gabrielino High School... Set a personal best in the 1,600-meter event with a time of 6:00... Also received a Scholar Athlete award for maintaining a 4.0 grade point average during track and field season.
Personal: Daughter of Mark Gallegos and Olivia Jaurez... Has two brothers, Jonathan and Nathan... Food and Nutrition major... Enjoys the beach, sleeping, reading and hanging out with friends and family in her free time... Favorite pro athlete is Clayton Kershaw and favorite pro team is the Los Angeles Dodgers... Favorite movie is Alice in Wonderland... Favorite food is chocolate... Aspires to become a registered dietician and contribute to the nation's healthy living movement.
