As a Junior in 2013: Played in 13 matches and made three starts... Posted 10 or more digs in three different matches, including a season-high 17 digs against Central Washington on Sept. 7... Tallied her first career ace as a Bronco on Oct. 5 against Cal State San Bernardino.
 
At East L.A. College: While competing in volleyball for East L.A., she received All-Conference First Team honors in 2010-11 and also was named the college's Female Scholar Athlete of the Year.... Also played on the women's basketball team.

High School: A 2010 graduate of Franklin High School... Received academic honors and also earned a spot on the All-League First Team.

Personal: Daughter of Yvette and Robin Cardona... Has two older brothers named Randy and Ryan... Her brother Randy played basketball at La Verne and her father competed in basketball at Chapman... Biology major... Enjoys beach volleyball in her free time... Favorite pro athlete is Michael Jordan... Favorite pro sports team is the Los Angeles Dodgers... Aspires to become an animal caretaker, working mainly with wild animals.
