On Thursday against San Diego Christian, Broncos' junior shortstop Mike Santora led off the bottom of the first inning with a single to extend his hit streak to 20 games. In that span, Santora is batting .380 with 13 runs and eight runs batted in. The all-time record for hitting streak by a CPP player is 31 games, which was recorded by Larry Beardman in 1983.
