Geoff Broussard turned in another stellar complete-game performance Thursday at Sonoma State as he totaled nine innings and held the Seawolves to zero earned runs runs. The senior right-hander from Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., racked up a career-high 12 strikeouts, the highest amount for a Bronco pitcher since 2005. Broussard allowed just five hits to the SSU offense and did not issue any walks during the 5-1 victory for CPP. It marked the seventh win for Broussard in 2012 and that ranks second nationally at the Division II level.
