With Lauren Jones putting together an offensive performance worthy of a spot in the all-time record books, the Cal Poly Pomona women's volleyball team secured its first win of 2012 with a sweep of Western New Mexico Saturday night at the Grand Canyon Invitational.

Through the three-game match, Jones tallied 11 kills in 16 attempts. She did not commit a single attack error. Those achievements put Jones' attack percentage at .688, the sixth-best single-match mark in the Broncos' record books and the third-best rate since 1983.

Contributing to the Jones' record performance were setters Katie Colin and Nicoletta Stork, who collected assist totals of 20 and 19 respectively.
