Junior center Jada Blackwell lifted the nationally-ranked Cal Poly Pomona women's basketball team to two more wins last week as she posted impressive averages of 15 points and 14 rebounds to go along with three blocks and two steals per contest. Through the 86-70 win over Cal State L.A. and the 64-53 victory against Cal State Dominguez Hills, Blackwell averaged 38 minutes per game.
Blackwell now has six double-double performances this season, including four in the last five games. CPP will return to action on Thursday with a 5:30 p.m. home game against Chico State.
