Daniel Pitts helped the Broncos en route to a series win over the Cal State LA Golden Eagles this past weekend. Pitts led the team in batting average, hits, slugging percentage, and on base percentage. 

Pitts tallied a .615 average on the weekend, recording eight hits in 13 at bats. He also walked once. The Lancaster native added three runs of his own for CPP and batted in three RBIs. His weekend resume is complete with a pair of doubles and a homerun. He also struck out just once in the four-game series. 

The outfielder started in all four games against the Golden Eagles and is now second on squad in the batting average category.
