Elizabeth Diaz led Cal Poly Pomona with 12 kills, but the visiting Broncos were handed a 3-0 loss by Cal State East Bay in California Collegiate Athletic Association volleyball Saturday night.
The Broncos, now 8-12 overall and 5-8 in league, face No. 2 CSU San Bernardino on Wednesday night in San Bernardino. CSUEB improved to 7-14, 5-8.
The Pioneers earned their 25-21, 25-17, 27-25 victory with 42 kills and just 14 errors on the attack. They finished with a .246 attack percentage, while CPP was 39-21-120 (.150).

Kellie Hall each had two block assists, while Kristin McNeese and Taylr Kreutziger each had six kills.
Roxanne Neely led CSUEB with 10 kills.
