ARCATA, Calif. - The Cal Poly Pomona women's volleyball team fell in three sets to Humboldt State on Saturday. The Broncos lost the sets 25-16, 25-18, and 25-17, respectively.

The loss evens up CPP's overall record at 6-6, and places their record in the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) at 4-5.

Humboldt State now holds a 9-4 overall record and 6-3 in the CCAA.
The Broncos' offensive leader of the night was junior
Alexa Hasen, who had six kills, 8.5 points, and a .357 percentage. She was followed by junior
Christen Williams who registered five kills, and 6.5 points of her own.
Freshman
Alina Smith tallied 10 assists for the night and junior
Nicoletta Stork accumulated eight of her own.

Hasen also led the Broncos with five blocks, she was followed by Williams and freshman
Madison May who both held three.
CPP returns to action on Friday the 10
th against Cal State East Bay. The match is the annual "Dig For a Cure" breast cancer awareness match. Be sure to come out and wear pink to support the cause.Â
