The Cal Poly Pomona Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) is hosting a
February Food Drive this week to raise awareness to the prevalence of hunger in communities surrounding the 12 institutions in the Broncos' conference (CCAA). Some food banks struggle in February as their supplies are dangerously low following the holidays. Donations of canned food or other non-perishable food can be dropped off between
February 9-15Â at on-campus offices and also home athletic events.
Â
Drop off boxes are located at the Registrar's Office (2nd floor of CLA building), Financial Aid Office (3rd floor of CLA building), and Admissions and Outreach (4th floor of CLA building). There are also drop off boxes in the Athletics Department (Building 43 rooms 113-123). Fans are encouraged to bring items to the men's and women's basketball games on February 11th and 13th or the baseball game on February 12th.
