Last Week: The Broncos (12-12, 8-8 CCAA) won both of their games, defeating Cal State Dominguez Hills in five sets and Cal State L.A in four. Andrea Bosnic dominated the games offensively over the weekend with 40 total kills, 19 against the Toros and 21 against the Golden Eagles.

Samantha Figueroa took over both games on the backline as she collected 50 digs against Cal State Dominguez Hills and 35 digs against Cal State L.A. Her performance this weekend earned her CCAA player of the week as she set a school record with 50 digs in a single match.

By the Numbers: Bosnic leads the team with 287 total kills which ranks her sixth in the CCAA. Figueroa leads the team with 405 digs which ranks her fourth in the conference. The Broncos are third in the conference in terms of total kills with 1256 and second in total digs with 1648.

Jack Report: Humboldt State has struggled the whole season. They come in with a 3-19 record overall and are 2-14 in conference play. The Jacks are second to last in nearly every statistical category in the CCAA. As a team, they have 951 total kills which is one more than the last place team. Alex Lolland and Lauren Reid will need to have a big game offensively if the Jacks are to have a chance against the Broncos.
