The Cal Poly Pomona men's baseball team drop the third game series against Cal State Easy Bay, losing 5-3 on Sunday at Scolinos field.
The Green and Gold's overall record now stands 18-17 and with a California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) record of 14-10.

Daniel Pitts put CPP on the scoreboard in the first inning, after connecting on a RBI single to score senior infielder
Chris Stratton.
In the bottom of the sixth inning, Pitts continued to supply the offense with a sacrifice to right field, scoring junior
Cody Martin to take a 2-0 lead.
Pitching on the mound for the Broncos, right-hander
Henry Omana got off to a great start through six-innings, allowing just one hit and no runs.
The Pioneers finally scored in the seventh inning, taking two runs off Omana to tie the game 2-2.
Junior right-hander
Wyatt Shackleford came up in the bottom of the eight-inning but gave up three runs through two innings. Shackleford took the loss, moving his record to 1-3 on the year.
The Broncos offense rallied in the bottom of the ninth-inning when senior outfielder
Alex Gaskin singled through the right side to score
Nic Hernandez, cutting the deficit to 5-3, but came up short in the end.
CPP returns to action next week on the road against UC San Diego on Thursday and Friday before returning home on Saturday, April 15 to close out the series with a doubleheader at Scolinos Field.
