Last Week: The Broncos (16-3, 13-2 CCAA) picked up their third and fourth consecutive wins last weekend, escaping with a win against Cal State Eastbay 60-58 while dominating Cal State Monterey Bay 86-60.
Phoenix Shackelford boosted the offense against the Pioneers with 10 points and
William Christmas led the scoring against the Otters with 16 points.
By the Numbers: The Broncos are the number one scoring defense in the conference, holding teams to an average of 60.9 points a game. Teams are shooting 37 percent from the floor and 29 percent from beyond the arc.
Jordan Ogundiran leads the team in scoring and assists, averaging 14.7 points per game and 4.2 assists per a game which ranks him seventh and fourth respectively in the CCAA. Christmas leads the team in rebounding with 6.7 rebounds a game which ranks him seventh in the CCAA. In their last matchup against the Warriors, the Broncos dominated on the road with a 62-46 victory.
Warrior Report: Stanislaus (13-7, 8-6 CCAA) is a well-rounded team. They are in the top five of nearly every statistical category in the CCAA. They average 74.1 points a game on 44 percent shooting. Despite having the fifth best shooting percentage in the league, the Warriors have struggled from long range, shooting only 30 percent from three point range.
