POMONA – The Cal Poly Pomona baseball team travels to Cal State San Bernardino to kick off a four-game series as they look to bounce back in California Collegiate Athletic Association play.

Last Week: The Broncos (8-10, 5-7) lost the series against Cal State L.A in a sweep. Pitching and defense kept the Broncos in the series against the Golden Eagles. The offense struggled against a pitching staff that allows over four earned runs a game.
Brennan McKenzie went 6-14 with four homeruns, hitting one out of the park in every game this series.
Dylan Francis pitched the best from all the starting pitchers. He allowed two earned runs in six innings while striking out 10 batters. The bullpen only allowed 2 earned runs in 9 2/3 innings of work.

The offense struggles with situational hitting at this point in the season. They lost their last five games by less than two runs.
