CHARLOTTE – The Cal Poly Pomona track & field teams finished the season at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships as
Shane Martin headlined the Broncos in the third and final day of the meet.
In the 110-meter hurdles, Martin finished fifth overall with a time of 14.07, earning All-American status. He improved on his preliminary time of 14.11 during Friday's first round.
Araseli Servin opened the meet on Thursday, finishing 19
th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:58.22.
Also competing on Thursday was
Kaelin Moore who ran the 400-meter hurdles in a time of 52.54, finishing fifth in his heat and 13
th overall.
Martin becomes the 125
th All-American in CPP men's track & field history, and the first under current Bronco head coach
Chris Bradford.
