POMONA -- Cassie Snow buried a 35-yard free kick into the upper left corner of the net in the 40th minute to snap a scoreless tie, but the Cal Poly Pomona women's soccer team was forced to settle for a 1-1 tie with visiting Cal State Dominguez Hills Thursday evening at Kellogg Stadium in Pomona.
The 25th-ranked Broncos moved to 8-3-1 overall and 4-1-1 in the CCAA. The Toros are now 3-6-2 (1-3-1 CCAA).
In the end, the Toros outshot the Broncos, 13-8, including 7-1 in the second half. CPP did take three of the four shots attempted in the second overtime period, but none would find nylon as the game ended in a point for both squads.

Sydney Williams made six saves in the contest while her counterpart, Jessica Neighbors, made one save.
