SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. -- Jazminn Parrish accounted for 15 kills, but the Cal Poly Pomona volleyball team suffered a 3-0 sweep (25-13, 25-15, 25-16) to No. 1 Cal State San Bernardino on Saturday at Coussoulis Arena in San Bernardino.
The Broncos (4-13 overall) have lost seven straight, falling to 2-8 in the CCAA. The Coyotes remain undefeated in 2019, rising to 17-0 (10-0 CCAA).
Parrish scored more than half of CPP's 26 kills, as
Ally Wilder had the second-most on the team with five. As a team, the Broncos hit .089.
On the other side of the net, Alexis Cardoza led with 12 kills as the Coyotes hit .388.
Cal Poly Pomona returns to action on Friday at San Francisco State, starting at 7:00 pm.
